Who actually drives my car?

A vetted Drive Me Back professional — police-checked, driving-history-checked, interviewed and trained. You can see your driver's profile, rating and completed trips in the app before they arrive.

Is my car insured while your driver drives it?

Yes. Every trip is covered by our comprehensive on-hire driver insurance, on top of your own policy. Cover details are shown on your booking confirmation.

How is this different from Uber or a taxi?

Your car comes home with you. No leaving it in the city overnight, no parking fines, no towing, no second trip tomorrow to collect it.

Can I book a driver for a full day?

Absolutely — the Hourly Personal Driver service runs from 2 to 12 hours, with unlimited stops. For longer engagements, ask about Customer Packages.

What areas do you cover?

Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Byron Bay, plus surrounding regions. Request your suburb during booking and dispatch will confirm.

How do drivers get home after dropping me off?

That's our problem, not yours — drivers are paired with follow vehicles or scheduled returns by our dispatch team. You just enjoy your night.
